People Manager – Workforce Development ( Big Data Analytics )

Develop workforce strategic plan and provide recommendation to ensure a sustainable pool of workforce
Conduct workforce gap analysis to suggest gap reduction strategies and evaluate operational effectiveness
Analyse the working interaction/relation between teams to provide recommendation on how to structure the organisation
Create workforce planning model and assess with continuous improvement and provide suggestion on workforce related matters while addressing new workforce issues
Provide a practical foresight on workforce trends, source of talent supply and demand data,  predictive analytics and insights into real-time job markets on a regular basis
Proactively and closely work with other People teams for project execution
Ensure delivering of Right People and Right Skills at the Right time and Right Place


•Minimum 5 years handling with Big data analytics by using statistical computer languages 
•Experience in large data analysis and proven records of turning into actions
Strong strategic mindset and logical thinking with passion in people-driven
Stakeholder management through effective communication
Planning and forecasting with ability to visualize presentation to management team
•End to End project management with ability to deal with all level of stakeholders

Able to deliver insightful and impactful initiatives to the business 
Creative and adaptive with empathy 
Complex problem solving
