Oracle E-Business Suite in a Manufacturing environ
Systems Life Cycle development methodologies
Must understand general architecture of Oracle Application and processes of how data flows through the “Order to Cash” and “Procure to Pay” modules.
Works closely with mangers and users to fully understand the user functionality, business pain points, and areas of improvements within application.
Interacts regularly and directly with the Business and has close user working relationship to ensure best practices are employed.
Provides end-user support to a diverse, non-technical user base.
Liaises with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems in an effort to lead toward viable solutions.
Gathers requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and
Documents user requirements and tests issues in the respective module to re-create applications issues or determine whether new user requirements can be met through existing application
functionality or requires customizations.
Configures applications and interprets functionality for business users.
Identifies and leads functional and business process improvements to support future growth.
Documents functional and technical specifications for application configuration and submits to developers for time and cost estimates.
Works closely with technical developers as needed.
Assists with testing and implementation of interfaces and/or additional Oracle modules.
Regression tests functionality after the application of patches, critical performance updates and upgrades.
Documents and communicates changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.
Creates and maintains end user training documentation, and provide training for end-users as needed.
Reporting development through Oracle.
Age between 28-35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management information System, Accounting Information System or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite in a Manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical approach to business process design with emphasis on cross-functional inter-dependencies.
Strong Oracle e-Business Suite technical skill.
In-depth functional knowledge of and experience (5+ years) with Oracle e-Business Suite applications with the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business flow including, Advanced Pricing,
Project Management would be advantage.
Knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies.
Experience as a team player leading IT, business users and steering committee to lead Oracle Implementation.
Solid verbal and written communication skills and good command of written and spoken English.
