PRTR is working with a one-stop call center service provider. They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Monitoring the performance of each workforce and reporting the result to operate on a monthly basis.
  • Controlling the operations to meet the average criteria in the service agreement (Service Level Agreement).
  • Managing customer cases in case there is a reason that the customer is dissatisfied with agents  Supervisor.
  • Meeting and training for new products, including delivering the knowledge to the Agent and Supervisor.
  • Seeing the overview of all Call Center agent teams.
Qualification:
  • All gender aged not above 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experienced in customer service field (Call Center) in terms of supervising the team for more than 2 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use English in the workplace.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
