In this position you will... Evaluate operational processes across Digital insurance and Insurtech exchange portfolio, work on mitigating risks, identify automation opportunities and optimize our internal processes. You will also be required to create
management presentations and support various post-merger integration projects across Asia Responsibilities
Supporting discussions on Operations Strategy, Growth Plan, and post-acquisition integration
Leading efforts to identify, define and select projects that are aligned with the strategic and financial goals of the organization
Leading process remediation projects within a country or line of business
Coordinating with the country General Managers/business heads, develop Operational Key Performance Indicators that can be tracked on an ongoing basis
Provide regular updates to Management on progress, obstacles, and plans for all Operations Excellence Projects
Adopt a highly quantitative and analytical approach to process development and constant service improvement and efficiency. Develop relevant questions for operational improvement,
and work with the Data Science team to design experiments to test out the hypothesis
Design procedures/policies and process flows across our business models – Digital GI, Brokerage, and Alternate Products
Work with our Insurance and Insurtech exchange businesses to Optimize our internal processes leveraging automation tools
Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure that our processes are compliant with country standard
For you to be successful...
5+ years of relevant experience,
preferably with Financial Services background - Spanning both line and staff functions, with demonstrable operational and public-facing results.
Proven experience in transforming operations and services, leading to measurable improvement in the end-to-end customer experience, preferably along with a reduction in related
expenses.
Operational and technology experience and know-how within a broader purpose; marketing and customer-facing sensibilities.
Experience in project management and creating presentations for senior management
Candidates who have demonstrable storyboarding experience; Ability to structure a presentation/operational manual covering expected questions clearly and logically
Project experience in relevant topics like Rebranding, customer engagement, operational efficiency, etc.
Understanding of insurance products, particularly around market trends and product demands/opportunities
Project experience with multinational clients/firms.
Regional / Global project experience.
Qualifications
Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Visio (or other process mapping tools)
Strong relationship development and management skills, excellent stakeholder management, particularly managing expectations
