For this position, we are looking for those who will help to build our on-ground activities team while expanding our business. Our initiatives include utilizing data and technology to perform strategically and manage on-ground staff in order to fulfill company growth. We aim to be the top brand in Thailand and be the leader in Asia in the near Future.

Qualification:
- Age 28- 35 Years old
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Event marketing background is a plus but not required
- Proven leadership skills and people management experience
- Able and willing to travel upcountry
- Have strong work ethics, i.e. hard-working, responsible, transparent
- Have a can-do attitude and open to new challenger
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze data into actionable insights
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure with high uncertainty
