Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics solution for both internal customers and external customers.
• Manage in overall of operations warehouse and transport operations for ensure that operations to effectively include continuous improvement of operations team.
• Responsible for preparing P&L, Productivity, including strategic business plan and budgeting for corporate growth.
• Occupancy problems solving.
• Conduct operation process to optimize productivity.
• Control of labor & equipment include staff cost of warehouse.
• Monitor Operation Managers, for inventory and delivery accuracy in warehouse.
• Develop and design cost model, pricing matrix, and financial model for best logistics solution.
• Manage entire tender process in relation with warehousing, transportation, and logistics services.

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female, age is not over 45 years old.                          
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or higher in related fields.
• At least 20 years in Logistic (Warehouse& Transportation) for Automotive and FMCG clients.
• Strong background of Logistic, Supply Chain Management and Project Management.
• 5 years of works experience in management role as Operation Manager, Operation GM or higher.
• Good command in English (prefers TOEIC 650+).
• Able to speak Japanese would be a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical skill, and leadership skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
