Job descriptions:

Handling review, checking and order processing from SENKO to partner company’s system with accuracy. Correspondence , Review & Assist:

• Respond customers by email and telephone for all Requirements.
• Review Customer backlog ,support/solve routine jobs problem
• Input/Adjust PO data to system

Expedition:

• Planning, controlling and monitoring status of material for support customer requirements
• Expedite goods / Request allocation with material planners  to meet customer requested date if notice delay, allocation, quality issue etc.   

Shipment Arrangement:

• Handle on Shipment Arrangement as per customer Request.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with Dept. Such as Accounting-on all Shipment Release Propose, Warehouse/Logistic-on all Shipment Arrangement, etc.

General qualification:

• Male or Female,Thai national, Age 27-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Experience: Sales support with Automotive background, understanding trading business Material control/ Planning
• Language:  Good command in English
• System:  Computer literacy and SAP System

• Negotiation and organizing skill
• Flexibility such as able to working after working hours
• Patient
• Good work under pressure and multitasking
