The context:

As of now, Frigel Asia Pacific’s manufacturing footprint consists of two production sites, selling our products through a network of sales entities. As Operation Controller, you’ll report to the local CFO and act as the business partner of the Factory Managers and COO, by providing regular insights on factory performance as well as promoting new initiatives to further improve the operational result.

Job description:

• Support the factory management to reach company targets, within the frame of corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular performance reporting and coordinate forecasting activities.
• Supervise product costing procedures and accuracy.
• Manage and develop the cost accounting system as well as month-end closing activities for your area of responsibility.
• Actively contribute to new controlling tools and best practices’ implementation.
• Prepare financial analysis on variances and operating results for each BU.
• Calculate Purchasing Price Variance & Manufacturing Variance.
• Forecast factory volume.
• Calculation of inventory value, excess and provisions.
• Additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in controlling and cost accounting in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with numbers with the ability to dig into details as well as to read the full picture.
• Thai Nationality and fluent command in English.
• MS Office proficiency and deep knowledge on major ERPs procedures.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Able to work at TFD Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao.
