Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients daily through various research channels (including the internet, professional directories, and client referrals)
• Cold call prospective clients and response to all inbound calls for online shopping inquiry.
• Live chat with online customers and response to all messages thru social media.
• Conduct phone and in-person sales meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage and update contacts in own-website domain and host, and other software related own websites.
• Work to achieve weekly/monthly metric goals including sales targets,(both personal &team goals)
• Provide management with accurate personal sales forecasting weekly
• Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure timeliness and quality of projects, as well as address any issues that arise in the translation process
• Educate current and prospective clients about products (Features & Benefits), services, etc.
• Keep current on own website and media such as Facebook, Line, etc, updates as well as translation industry trends and analysis.
• Maintain flexibility and perform other duties as requested by superior
• Execute any other assignment from Sales and Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required and/or Master Degree
• 5 years work experience Online Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Expertise in client management and online consultation
• Ability to work as part of a sales team, as well as on own initiative
• Desire to learn about the digital sales process and the language services industry and grow sales career
