Job Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Category to achieve Commercial KPIs (Sales, Gross Profit, Stock Cover)
• Develop assortment, category and trade plan in line with KPIs
• Ensure price competitiveness versus competitors and negotiate exclusive ranges and deals for online.
• Coordinate with CRC Sports Merchandising teams for sourcing new supplier and maintain relationship current ones.
• Forecasting and Monitoring sales performance
• Managing and forecasting promotion stock and ensure timely launch
• Participate in implementing Omnichannel strategies and developing Online to Offline (O2O) purchase patterns
• Collaborate closely with Content Production and Online Marketing team to ensure products and brands are optimally presented and promoted
• Work with the Central Group Marketplace team to onboard new sellers and grow existing sellers
• Manage Supersports sales in third party channels such as Central Online
• Collaborate closely with Operation Team to ensure smooth operating process

Key Requirements

• 1-2 year experience in an E-commerce, Commercial or Merchandising role
• Excellent analytical ability
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in dealing with top international brands
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail
• Good computer literacy (MS Office) and Presentation Program
• Good command of English both speaking and writing
• Knowledge of Sport Category would be a plus
