"URGENT"   Online Marketing & Customer Service Officer 
Salary max 40K.

Job description : 

  • Implement online marketing service (Website, Social media, SEO, Inbound Marketing, and Online Ads. etc.)
  • Manage online sales activities in Social Media, Content Writing, Online Campaigns
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
  • Coordinate and control work with related parties to add various features to the website, social media etc.
  • Take care and handle complaints / questions / problems from customers or related
  • parties that occur in digital media and coordinate to the responsible person.
  • Report for summary in online market situation as schedule
  • Others assigned job by manager

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as online marketing & customer service.
  • MS Office, Photoshop, illustrator, Flash, HTML
  • Communication skill with good characteristics
  • Excellent knowledge of Online Marketing, Online Media, and Social Media (Must)
  • Others Flexible in working hours when require
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Eager to learn new knowledge
  • Good relationship, Service mind and Creative
  • Able to coordinate well with colleagues and related parties
  • Able to work under pressure and has good problem-solving skills
  • Good command in English.
