WE URGENTLY NEED AN ONLINE MARKETING ASSOCIATE

In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels and clients. You will be required to structure and scale the marketing spend efficiently as we grow to more countries and brands.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize campaigns on multiple online marketing channels including social media, google adwords, [email protected], and ad-networks
• Manage and optimize marketing tools on Lazada or Shopee
• Ensure that budgets and targets such as CIR, CPO are met according to plan
• Prepare reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external team
• Conduct AB tests and lead new initiatives to improve campaign performance
• Participate or lead in adhoc projects across marketing functions

What you’ll need:

• 2-5 years experience in relevant field (performance marketing, search/SEO, social media marketing)
• Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills (Macro, VBA is a plus) and strong data visualization skills
• History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of media landscape
• Excellent project management skills
• Degree in Finance, Engineering or related to statistics is a plus but not required
• Fluent in Thai and English
