Responsible for managing customer database to create roll-out CRM projects and promotion campaigns to drive CRM’s KPI.
Assist in customer data analysis and manage behavioral reporting in cooperation with The 1 team.
Coordinate with teams to secure exposure and visibility in various channels/events/activities in The 1 and other partners to strengthen customer relations & enhance
business opportunities for Supersports
Explore and propose new campaigns thematic and new ways of executing CRM program.
Search for potential partnerships to create mutual benefits for members and maintain relationships with them.
You have strong ability to communicate and coordinate with many teams simultaneously.
Fresh grads - 1 year of experience with background in Business, Market research or any fields related.
Work Experience: Experience in data driven and customer-facing working environment fresh grads are welcome to apply.
You have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze raw data,
draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations required.
You have good organizational skills with ability to manage and balance multiple priorities.
You have salesmanship/ownership to drive KPI.
Versatile with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
E-commerce, advertising, marketing, or public relations experience is preferred
