Summary of Job Contents:

In increase sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and couteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of needed products, using all required company policies, procedures and systems in an expeditious manner.   Ensure that the set of respective sales targets are consistently met.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote & sell company’s range of products & services and recommends additional products related to customer needs.
• Prepares quotation and follow up, moreover set price for customer.
• Planning, seeking customers via telephone call in assigned customers up to target setup is required.
• A general attitude as a representative of goodwill on behalf of the company.
• Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions
• Handle complaints promptly.
• Execute given marketing & sales direction to achieve sales objectives.
• Gathers and feedbacks market & competitors information to the Sales Manager and Marketing team.
• Follow company’s policy for the pricing and credit guideline.
• Other duties assigned by front line supervisor/manager.

Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant.
• Min 1 -2 years in Sales and Servicing.
• Good command of English.
• Preferably in Industrial Automation.
• Preferably with experience in sales and customer servicing.
• Practices good interpersonal relations.
• Effective listening and good performs phone skills with pleasant telephone etiquette.
• A positive attitude toward customers and co-worker.
• Continuously develops personal technical knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
• Self-driven and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
