Responsibilities

  • Taking and directing calls through a switchboard.
  • Managing office daily affairs, including express delivery, office pool transportations, basic office supplies etc.
  • Responsible for daily visiting reception.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Good command of English and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills and service-minded
  • Fast learner and able to work independently
