Job Description:

• Administer and resolve problems of Firewall, IPS/IDS, Network switch, Router.
• Administer and resolve problems and incidents of the network such as connectivity, performance, routing, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant parties such as vendors and service providers to resolve equipment and network problems.
• Check and report the status of network devices.
• Manage the use of resources as required by Customer to support incident, problem, change, performance, and the related process of network infrastructure.
• Provide tuning recommendations of network rules and/or network policy to improve overall performance.
• Backup of Network configuration before and after performing change request which impacts the configuration and may cause network interruption.
• Support Customer’s proof of concept in installing/uninstalling and changing system and network infrastructure for environments (Production, Development, QA, UAT, and Staging) including new Service Request.
• Support Customer in installing/uninstalling and changing system and network infrastructure for all environments 
• Perform system health check according to Customer’s advised standard.
• Support Customer in designing and implementing of new equipment at Production and DR center as required by Customer through the Service Request process and Change Control Procedure.
• Prepare network devices inventory listing and perform the annual network devices physical count at the Production Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center.
• Support internal/external audit team once per quarter and provide on request information.
• Review firewall filter rule.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and related fields.
• Male Age 23-30 years.
• Be familiar with the Ticket process, Networking technology.
• Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
• Good command in English is an advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or related function.
• Cisco CCNA certificate. (Cisco CCNP certificate is an advantage)
