We are currently looking for a talented individual who has direct experiences in OES in Automotive parts business to join our Team.  

Job position:              NATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Business Type:           Automotive
Type of contract:        Full-time Contractor
Potential experience:   OES in Automotive parts business directly in Sales
% of Travel:               40%

Years of experiences:  Min. 7 years+

Main purpose of the role

This role is for a National Program Manager within the automotive OEM parts sector for one of our main global automotive clients. Based in Bangkok but will also involve travel as required for the role. The National Program Manager will be wholly responsible for increasing OEM parts sales in the market, with a focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall incremental sales revenue and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase national OEM parts sales share within the IAM marketplace
  • Local adaption of local strategy: pricing, parts portfolio, distribution, sales & marketing
  • Create strong & succinct business plan and deliver back to the client
  • Seek out and develop new OEM parts sales channels.
  • Full responsibility for OEM parts sales business steering
  • Sales team steering: personnel, recruitment, management, and motivation, including setting objectives and reviewing performance
  • Planning and securing the optimal budget for implementation as well as performance measuring.
  • Review sales data and figures and hold monthly program review meetings
  • Analyse the landscape and cluster the market into customer groups and sales channels
  • Identify OEM sales opportunities in the independent collision, mechanical & service & wear sectors
  • Identify and manage a key suite of KPIs to drive national sales
  • Convert OEM sales opportunities by defining and delegating adequate measures
Qualifications:

Candidate Specification (essential)

  • Thai Nationality only
  • Expert knowledge of OES/OEM landscape
  • Ability to increase OEM market share against OES competition
  • Demonstrate success of managing field sales teams
  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement
  • Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
  • Ability to travel
  • A full understanding of vehicle manufacturer operations at NSC level
  • Managing change of distribution structure
  • Can demonstrate a combination of diplomacy and forcefulness to overcome hurdles
  • Highly organised and efficient work methodology, able to work under pressure in competitive environment
  • Excellent in presentation skills, able to communicate content and ideas simply and succinctly
  • Fluent in English is a must

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
  • Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus.
  • Managing change of distribution structure
  • Structured and well-organized combined with hands-on pragmatic implementation, managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Well organised - understands how to manage multiple high priority projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Working hour:   8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Office location:  Rama IV Rd., Silom
Direction:          Close to MRT-Lumpini and Silom Station
