Location: Chonburi 

Condition: Contract 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Report to Marine operations superintendent
• Evaluate and clearance tanker calling to F(P)SO. Inspect tanker to ensure the tanker comply with company Terminal regulation and other International and local regulatories, rules and standards.
• Direct berthing and unberthing of all types and sizes of tankers at the F(P)SOs in accordance with the company's marine procedures and safety requirements
• Determine and control the company's marine procedures and safety requirements
• Supervise export hose connecting and disconnecting operations to ensure safe hose handling capability.
• Cooperate and coordinate with ship's Master, officers, crews and F(P)SO throughout loading or offloading operations to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Responsible for safely operation of Static towing tug throughout loading or offloading operation
• Assist F(P)SO operations to maintain records of tandem mooring equipment and export hoses. Assists F(P)SO to changeout and inspection export hose and tandem mooring equipment.
• Take lead and be responsible for any emergency that may arise on the tanker during loading or offloading operations
• Evaluate vessel performance and provide feedback report.
• Assess marine operation risk to develop mitigation procedures

Qualification:

• A valid Class One Master Mariner Certificate issued by either home country authority or a leading maritime authority of another country where schooling was obtained.
• Valid STCW Tanker Safety Certificate
• Experienced on any Tanker ship, F(P)SO or Cargo ship, minimum 5 years which at least minimum three years as Chief Officer or Loading supervisor on tanker or F(P)SO.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
