Working Location: Rajanakarn Building, Sathorn (near BTS Chong Nonsi)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, prepare, analyze data, generate daily / weekly / monthly report and presentation executives, management team to monitor collection performance (productivity, payment, delinquency, incentive, roll rate, terminate, recovery, etc.)
• Assign the account to outsource agency and outbound team, monitor the performance
• Analyze and recommend collection data to achieve company’s target and process improvement
• Support other assignments as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree’s in IT, Computer science, MIS, Statistics or related filed
• 1-3 years working experience in MIS, Collection, or analytical function
• Experience in Collection, Finance, Auto Finance, Leasing in hire purchase business would be advantage
• Proficient in Excel (complex formula / Macro) or Ms Access is advantage
• Analytical thinking, good planning & organization skill, good team player
• Detail oriented, services mind and able to work under pressure and within timeline
