Job descriptions:

• Manage the merchandising functions to meet concepts and outlet unit goals for sales and profits and through the effective planning of the activities of Merchandising department.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and the implementation of merchandising action plans.
• Review, planning, and managing product market analysis, trends, assortment styles (selection and buying) for all seasons to maximize sales.
• Identify and maximize fast-selling items, slow-selling merchandise and related action plans, i.e. timely markdown according to product life cycle and aged stock.
• Review, improve and implemen effective merchandising related with SOPs.
• Perform various other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

General qualification: 

• Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 38-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business/ equivalent or any related field
• Work experience, minimum 10 years in a similar capacity and managerial position, preferably in a retail setting
• Experience with importing products and dealing with principle.
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math's
• Able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment
• Knowledge of shipping and E-Commerce
• Good command of English
