Job Description

Job Purpose
  • Sell and achieve sales target within the budget allocation. Provide effective territory sales plan that aligns with marketing and business unit plan.
  •  Implement territory plan, visit customers, solve customer’s problems and provide after-sales service. Record sales and customer’s data into SMMS system. Analyze, participate and share value information and experience in all meeting with relevant departments in order to create effective sales and marketing plans as well as serve the customer’s needs. Ensures all business activities comply with all relevant regulations and company code of conduct.
  •  Generate a territory data base and do sales report as requirements.
Area of Responsibilities
  • Sell, recommend and present product information to target customers within the responsible areas. Provide an effective sales call plan and visit target customers as plan. Follow up sales processes till end in order to achieve sales target as planned. -Recognize customer feedback on product satisfaction, solve the problems, provide after-sales service in order to build confidence and satisfaction to the customers as well as establish a good relationship between a company and all target customers.
  • Collect data and seek possibilities to enhance the market and a company business. Gather and analyze both sales data and customer feedback for Sales Manager and Product Manager to use as information for providing promotional activities, expanding the market and reaching more to customer’s needs.
  • Record sales and customer data into SMMS program. Generate reports through SMMS for relevant departments to use the information to create sales and marketing plan as well as monitor actual sales expenses and budget.
  • Manage territories budget and other sales costs such as samples and promotional materials in order to ensure that all sales expenses are aligned with the budget. Ensures all business activities comply with all relevant regulations and company code of conduct.
  • Generate a summary report of sales volume for monthly, quarterly and yearly to a supervisor’s consideration. Participate in a meeting with relevant departments such as Marketing department, Regulatory Affairs department and Finance and Accounting department in order to coordinate and receive products and goods information.
Key Performance Indicator
  • Achieve sales target -Control expenses within budget -Increasing in number of key hospitals and key prescribers
  • Pass all product testing -Meet all core competencies of this position
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in medical science, nurse, dietitian or nutritionist.
  • Experience:-
    • At least 1-3 years’ sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
    • Experience in field of clinical nutrition is preferable
