Medical Representative  

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Detailing scientifically of company products
• Manage sales within a given territory or to a group of customers, with the objective of achieving or exceeding the projected turnover.
• Responsible for optimal territorial coverage, using effective travel plans, routes and appropriate tools.
• Maintain and develop long lasting relationships with clients, KOLs
• Continuously update territory customer segmentation classification, database and call records and usage of internal CRM Software
• Work closely with respective Area Sales Manager and cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams to execute the sales direction
• Creating of an appropriate Corporate Image
• Constant replenishment of knowledge about the products and studying the feasibility of a designated region.

Qualifications

• Male/Female,Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or related fields Prior sales experience in a similar position required
• 3 – 5 year experiences in field of diabetic/cardio products will be an advantage.
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive successful relationship building
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in the assigned market
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• High level of motivation and strong record of high level performance
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Ability to  organize work time effectively and travel domestically as necessary
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Additional advantages

• Database of neurologists, diabetologists, gastroenterologist
• Preference will be given to candidates with proven well established relations with doctors across assigned territory
