Duties & Responsibilities
Job purpose (วัตถุประสงค์เบื้องต้นของงาน):
To design/maintain and improve the machinery and mechanical equipment to be operable base safety with highest practicable efficiencies
ออกแบบ / ซ่อมบำรุง และปรับปรุง เครื่องจักร ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน ได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
Principle Accountabilities (ความรับผิดชอบหลัก):
• Maintenance planning for the machinery and uninterrupted productionschedule / วางแผนการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร
• Manage spare parts for maintenance and Consumables part / บริหารจัดการ spare part ในส่วนของหน่วยงานซ่อมบำรุง และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองอื่นๆทั้งโรงงาน
• Overall responsibility for the safe operation of all machinery with company safety and environment standards / รับผิดชอบโดยรวม เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานเครื่องจักร ได้อย่างปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
• Analyze and report the causes of production and performance losses / วิเคราะห์และรายงานสาเหตุของความสูญเสียของประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• Improve the machinery in production process by using of new technology / นำเทคโนโลยีใหม่มาปรับปรุงพัฒนาเครื่องจักรในขบวนการผลิต
• Develop the operation and maintenance team for maximize machine operating efficienciesincluding continuous improvement / พัฒนาทีมผลิตและซ่อมบำรุงให้สามารถใช้งานเครื่องจักรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดรวมทั้งมีการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• Participate on budget establishment and control maintenance cost to be optimize / จัดสรรการใช้งบประมาณและควบคุมต้นทุนด้านการซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม
• Provide the method of maintenance and energy cost saving / จัดหาวิธีการซ่อมบำรุงและวิธีการประหยัดพลังงาน
• Support all sections on ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, 6 Sigma, KAIZEN / สนับสนุนทุกส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับ ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 ,6 Sigma, KAIZEN
• Duties as assigned by Manager / ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualification
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related field
- More than 5 years in of Mechanical Engineering field, process control, quality control and/or production functions
- Experienced in managing spare parts Consumables part
- Experience maintenance field (Heavy industry)
- Experience with SAP systems (Maintenance & Spare part)
- Experience AutoCAD, Solid work program
