Position: Marketing Strategy (Property Developer)

Our client is one of the property Development companies in mass housing and condominium development. They are looking for a Marketing Strategy. 

• Responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and communications plan to all channels with traditional marketing and digital marketing for the company
• Create strategic plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues
• Develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry and marketing goals and objectives of the company
• Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions to business and marketing challenges
• Design effective and measurable working processes while reducing complexity and increasing speed of work and communication
• Support special projects as assigned by management

 Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
• Male or female, aged 25-35 years old
• Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in any field..
• Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in marketing strategy.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies for Property Development Business.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
