Fircroft is now enhancing their coverage to focus more on permanent Recruitment and Personnel Solution service. Now we're looking for Marketing Service & Customer Care Manager as detail below;
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the digital customer interface (channels, commerce, CIC) as well as achieving lead targets as group function Automobile, Customer Support towards relevant NSC departments, NSC-B, CM-Cx-NSC, DC-1/2 CB-1, SF, CB-2 and CB-5
  • Responsible for interaction management and media buying as group function Customer Support towards relevant NSC departments, NSC-B, and CM-Cx-NSC.
  • Responsible for the implementation and realization of the customer experience (incl. all customer satisfaction analyses and programs) as Customer Officer (according to role TCR) and as group function Automobile, Customer Support towards NSC-B, AQ-3 as well as the moderation and coordination of customer topics towards NFSC.
  • Responsible for providing the market research portfolio, data management of the studies, execution of NSC studies as well as for the end-to-end marketing analysis and dashboard, conception and operation as group function Automobile, Customer Support) towards relevant NSC departments, NSC-B, AU-2 and CM-Cx-NSC
  • Responsible for controlling the implementation of the data protection (e.g. GDPR) in the NSC including the own retail outlets as well as processing data protection requests in the CIC as group function Automobile, Customer Support) towards relevant NSC departments, NSC-B, CM-Cx-NSC and AQ-3.
Qualification:
  • At least Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 + years marketing strategy with 5+ years’ experience specifically in CRM or customer base management/ product marketing environment, preferably with experience in retention & loyalty marketing
  • Competence for aligning and implementing an overall customer experience towards relevant NSC departments
  • Competence for defining and managing the process of interaction management and media buying as well as prioritizing the campaign execution in alignment with business fields towards relevant NSC departments
  • Competence for prioritizing the requirements of the digital customer interface (channels, commerce, CIC) in alignment with business fields towards relevant NSC departments
  • Competence for prioritizing and consolidating of market research studies towards relevant NSC departments.
  • Competence for decision-making regarding the handling of customer feedback. Dealer organization based on the central framework studies towards relevant NSC departments.
  • Competence for controlling all touch-points and assessing requirements for the implementation of the data protection (GDPR) studies towards relevant NSC departments and own retail outlets
  • Competence for defining the declaration of consent for data protection in promotional communication and implementation at all touch-points towards relevant NSC departments.
  • Competence for negotiation and development of customer data agreements toward dealer organization or the dealer association
  • Competence for the definition of the net promoter score (NPS) targets towards relevant NSC departments.
