Job Description


Key Responsible: Coffee Shop  

  • Responsible for planning and developing brand, including marketing plans, positioning, and messaging strategies to achieve sales target
  • Managing brand product portfolio
  • Develop key strategy and communication plan to launch new product and promotion, maintaining effective communication with internal and external contacts  
  • Working cross-functionally with operation, new product development, purchasing to plan, execute and manage the product road-map
  • Preparing marketing and promotional briefs; reports to related department
  • Producing PR message to present brand value & image
  • Providing marketing tools to support all parties

Key Responsible: Bakery Shop

  • Responsible for brand communication of nationwide campaign
  • Managing product launches, maintaining effective communication with internal and external contacts.


  • Age 28 - 33  years
  • Bachelor degree of higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related area
  • At least 5 years working experiences as in marketing field. Food or FMCG would be preferable
  • Knowledge in Marketing Communication and Brand Management
  • Highly accountable and commitment on the task and assignments
  • Decisive & effective problem-solving ability
  • Can-Do attitude
  • Fluent in English both of written and spoken (This is a must.)
  • Good command in MS Office
  • Good presentation skill
