Who we are looking for:
You are a performance-minded marketer with expertise in organic customer acquisition. You have strong communication skills, are able to lead a small team to big targets, and highly ambitious. You are looking to take charge of your future!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Continue our market leadership (top 3 Google Position) for top organic keywords, using our existing content marketing team as an engine
• Manage paid and organic marketing campaigns for our partners (mostly large banks and insurance companies)
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Develop and utilize statistical and analytical reports.
• Interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook.
• Monitor and execute online campaigns on Facebook and Adwords according to data insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience in Digital Agency, Consulting, Startup, or related industry
• Google Ads certification is a plus
• Experience with Adwords, FB Insights, Google Analytics, 360, Webmaster Tools, PowerBI
• Experience with Re targeting/Re marketing, Display ads, Video ads, On-page/Off-page strategy
• Knowledge or experience with segmentation and custom audiences/targeting Up-to-date on new trends and technology regarding SEO, Online Marketing, E-Commerce, Influencer marketing
• Fluent in Thai and English both written and verbal. 
• Experience with other ad and content networks
