  • Job Highlights

    • A Marketing Manager role for a FMCG company. Report directly to Management level, you are responsible for all marketing function, drive business to achievement company’s target. 
    • Develop marketing strategies and implement marketing and trading activities (Online & Offline Channels) that increase brand value, awareness and market share.
    • Manage the overall operations and improve operational and cost efficiencies.

    Job Description:

    • Develops and contributes to marketing strategy based on market trends, competitor activities, and management direction by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
    • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
    • Monitors B2C, B2B performance in every channels and initiative new campaign and activity.
    • Conducts research, analyze data, develop go-to-market strategies and report on brand performance.
    • Develops new uses by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
    • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with other functions to drive sales target and manage partnerships with internal/ external parties.
    • Appraise team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
    • Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
    • At least 8 years' experience in FMCG business including 5 years’ experience as a marketing manager/brand/product manager.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding and trade marketing.
    • Experience in haircare/cosmetic products will be advantageous.
    • Strong analytical thinking and leadership skill.
    • Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitors
    • Good command of English.
