As a marketing manager, you will be working closely with co-founders in a fast-paced, high energy environment. You will be responsible for building an online education brand and creating marketing strategies. We love working with data and use data to drive our decision-making process. We want to utilize both online and offline marketing channels to reach our potential customers.

We are looking for someone with a strong marketing and branding background. Someone who can help us disrupt the education industry. A good candidate should be able to create a marketing plan from scratch. You will work with an education/operation team to execute the plan(s).

Job Descriptions

• Plan and conduct focus group research to understand our target customers in great details
• Analyze business data, create detailed marketing plans, lead the team to execute marketing campaigns to achieve growth and sale targets
• Define brand identity to help disrupt online education industry
• Work with a team of educators, designers, content creators to execute marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Have a passion for the education and technology industry
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing (digital marketing experience a plus)
• Experience in planing and conducting focus group research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
