Job Purposes :

Implement brand and marketing plans and direction to monitor management of brands, products, and services, as well as development of marketing strategies to ensure competitive products and brands, apply marketing initiatives and activities with target market, and drive gross sales achievement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement directions and strategies for brands and marketing activities to ensure goal achievement of the brand
  • Build and manage brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share
  • Provide information to determine the profitability and viability of new brands and products to increase market opportunities and achieve business goals
  • Follow up marketing movement and situation to assist in setting up creative marketing strategies aand achieve organization goals effectively
  • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials and strategies including brand guidelines and vision to ensure and increase market activities
  • Coordinate with product development and relevant functions to manage brands and develop new business marketing opportunities
  • Monitor market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product, sales forecasts and relevant financial reports, to support brand management and marketing effectively
  • Manage budget and operating cost for marketing activities including advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectiveness

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have research and analytical skills
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Have budget-management skills

1. (1) Fashion, which focuses on apparel and accessories under portfolio of retail banners, for example, Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store and Robinson Lifestyle Center, Supersports, Central Marketing Group, and Rinascente.
2. (2) Hardline, which focuses on electronics and home improvement under portfolio of retail banners, for example, Thai Watsadu, Baan and Beyond, Power Buy, and Nguyen Kim.
3. (3) Food, which focuses on groceries and items typically found in convenience stores under portfolio of retail banners, for example, Tops, Central Food Hall, FamilyMart, Big C Vietnam, and Lanchi Mart.

Each segment hosts a portfolio of retail banners under which Central Retail sells a wide range of merchandise, and each of its retail banners is distinguished based on a variety of characteristics. Certain of its key retail banners have been in operation for decades, such as Central Department Store, but Central Retail routinely introduces new banners and retire old banners as the retail landscape continues to evolve.
