Job Description
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the department, but not limited to the following items below
Support the Strategic Marketing consisting of:
- Overall marketing strategies – annual business plan and budget to drive traffic and sales conversion
- Develop customer engagement management plan
- Develop and plan of marketing campaign concept to drive awareness, penetration and sales conversion
- Define Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan to ensure consistency in communication to target segments
Public Relation (PR)
- Define overall PR calendar and budget for both online and offline
- Deliver smooth execution of PR activities both online and offline to drive awareness and strength brand profile
Media (Offline)
- Define overall advertising plan and budget – media planning and buying
Content Creation
- Set guideline and content to be in line with PR/Digital
- Create a content
- Develop a copy for each content for suitable channels
Graphic Design
- Design and control the quality of all productions for both static and digital production company
In-Mall Management
- Define calendar and budget for “in-mall campaign execution”
- Collaborate with tenants to get information to align on execution plan
- Lead collection of feedback from campaign attendees to be shared with Strategic Team
- Manage all in mall signage both static and digital
Digital and Social Media
- Define business plans and budget for digital media
- Oversee operation of digital admin
- Drive effectiveness of digital buzz activities
- Recommend and obtaining of potential media/social influencers/bloggers
Corporate and Section Promotion
- Planning a promotion plan and budget
- Coordinate with tenants
- Contact partners to offer a benefit to direct customer groups
Tourist
- Contact tour agents and other partners to bring traffic
- Manage customer services team and tourist lounge
Qualifications;
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or related filed.
- At least 10 years experiences in Marketing, CRM and Marketing Promotion
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point
- Inter-person skill
- Result oriented
- Possess strong leadership and team management
