Main Job Purpose:
(A) Talent Management and Succession Planning
Qualifications:
(A) Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Planning and Execution's on action plan and calendar, Succession Planning and Identify Hi-Potential and Mission Critical within company with the objective to develop people competency to support business growth/expansion
- Developing a comprehensive organization and talent management framework
- Ensuring that OTR data are up to date with high quality
- Identify “Talent Needs and GAP” of identified talent to support the training roadmap
- To support in development program for Organization Talent Management/succession planning
- Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programs
- Support the L&D team in further developing talent processes
- Communication plan in Talent Development program/activities/ announcement align with core business goal/strategic plan
- To develop internal communication by coordinating with all representative of staff
- Support and provide data in HR general report and dashboard
- To maintain and update talent data
- To coordinate with Division administrator to prepare all required material within division development (OTR, Learning Contract and etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- At least 2 years experience in Talent development and capability building
- Experience in working in a multi culture setting
- Good Command of English
- Ability to use Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
