Job Summary

Strategic Investment is a new business unit under Finance Group. Our mandate is focusing, but not limit to, growth capital private equity investment with typically 5-7 years’ investment horizon. We are now looking for investment professional with experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting.

Job Description

• Assist to originate and build up pipeline of potential deals
• Supervise team member in commercial due diligence and valuation
• Act as a Project Manager for counter parties
• Review all the presentation materials to internal and external stakeholder
• Responsible for all necessary important documentations i.e. definitive agreements and regulatory documents
• Work with the management of portfolio company, supervise the implementation of business plan and keep track on the performance 
• Assist to develop business plan and strategy of the department to be updated on timely manner 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• 7-9 years’ working experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
• Result-oriented with positive attitude
