Manager : Product Training

JOB SCOPE:

• To prepare ,conduct and evaluate  new product training courses for retail staffs and apprentices from authorized dealers. Supplement training subjects and contents in line with new product launching requirements and adapt accordingly to the training needs of participants  

• Obtain information regarding the operation and new technologies

• Attend C-Trainer program and pass C-Trainer final audit

• Attend the update training courses offered by GT or other parties to developing own knowledge, skill and attitudes as well as self study from technical manual, IT based information(GTLS, CBT, EWAnet, AKUBIS, GT App ) etc.

• Ensure that training material, equipment, and practice room are well organized/ maintained to enable the training conducted effectively and successfully.

• Ensure that required technical information is delivered internally and externally.

• Complete trainer’ tasks in Learning Management System (GTLS)

• Develop training concept and work with test committee (internal & external partners

• Complete assigned tasks to contribute to Training events (Skills Contest, Training Workshops…)

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science of Education, Automotive Engineering, or related field

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

• 1-2 years’ experience in automotive field
• Excellent communication skills with good level of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy; Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Good Problem-Solving skill and service-minded.
• Experienced in Automotive Soft-Skills training is highly preferable.
• Must have a driving license.
