Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance is preferable
• At least 3 years work experience in Finance field
• At least 2 year work experience in management level
• Being a Good leader and good decision maker
• Have a good problem solving skill
• Fluent in both English speaking and writing
• Computer literate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Management 

• Ensure the alignment between work process and hospital strategy
• Ensure standard quality is achieved  by managing and overseeing the department' services
• Plan and manage department budget
• Handle customers feedback and seek for solution to improve service
• Team member communication, management and development
• Internal Process/standards Compliance /Process improvement/safety and quality management

Billing and collection

• Monitor discharge process to make sure that % compliance of TAT for Self Pay from scan to close the bill within timeframe and % compliance of TAT for Self Pay from DF scan to close the bill within timeframe
• Ensure the update of list of discharged patients with outstanding balance and the efficiency of follow up process for outstanding bills 
• Review and improve work process periodically to assure efficiency in the department work flow
• Handling cases with Financial problem and complaint issue during admission
• Improve customer’s satisfaction rate

Overall Position Purpose:   This position is responsible for providing telecommunications service of Telephone/ Fax of international & domestic calls for both of internal & external customers
