Review accrued expense transactions that are set up by each department to ensure that all set up transactions are accurate, completeness, record in proper period and are in line
with accounting standard.
Analytical review management expenses between actual and budget for dashboard report to monitor & inform each department to control the Company’s management expenses
Revisit management expense processes to find the way to reduce manual work, to increase efficiency in accrued processes for the company
Prepare accounts reconciliation; such as staff advance, prepaid insurance, accrued for projects, accounts payable etc.
Provide internal/external service to related department regarding the management expenses control
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 5 years experience working in accounting area
Having Tax knowledge
Expense Management and Insurance Background Preferred
