The main purpose of this position is to assist the Data Governance team in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, standards. This position assists in the implementation of an enterprise data governance program to support the data driven organization.

Job description
  • Roll-out and maintain data governance framework to control the use of data enterprise-wide via Policy and Standard to ensure alignment with business and data strategies
  • Manage Role-Based Access Control framework and data access requests in order to facilitate self-served data usage enterprise-wide
  • Establish a deep understanding of the data lake and its ecosystem in order to provide stakeholders a thorough understanding and recommendations on data accessibility and related data governance principles
  • Drive consistency of data governance practice across multiple data initiatives
  • Facilitate a review and approval process of data ingestion and data sharing to ensure data usability and restrictions are assessed and managed
  • Work with business and related parties to develop and maintain the data stewardship program and policy & standard communication enterprise-wide
  • Partner with Risk Management, Legal and Compliance teams to manage data-driven regulatory requirements such as PDPA


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years working in any governance functions
  • Basic understanding of data management concept such as data governance, data privacy, data classification, etc.
  • Experience on writing or working with various documents such as policy, standard, procedure, and guideline
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
