Manager - Collection

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising the outsources collection agencies, problem solving, and setting secured
• Pre write-off accounts/customers through compromise program
• Review, coaching, monitoring, and feedback to team and agencies; for collecting debt
• Control all processes to achieve the target and set plan (step by step)
• Provide month-end analysis and evaluation of agencies
• Set the meeting with agencies to review feedback performance
• Maintain good relationship and professional manner with customers
• Lead outsourcing agencies to drive their performances to achieve the target 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any fields
• More than 5 years experiences in collection field or call center, and supervising skill to manage agencies and team
• Have manner to work professionally
• Strong communicator and fast learner with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail
• Literate in Computer, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
• Good communicated in English both speaking and writing
