About The Job:

As a Management Trainee, you’ll need to actively participate in 18 months intensive training program with individual assigned project to achieve objectives in developing leader for the organization.

The program have been tailor-made and specifically designed to suit best for Master’s degree graduates in areas Human Resource. Your fast track career will be closely monitored and developed to strengthen future in Managerial position after program completion.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality only
• Master's Degree with 2-3 years working experience
• Excellent English in Writing and Communication
• Strong analytical skill with logical thinking and capable of dealing with number
• Ability to work under pressure with “Can-do” attitude
