To continue our expansion here in Thailand, we are seeking a candidate to join our team as Management Trainee to help our company take the next steps for our development in the Eastern Seaboard, Pluak Daeng.

Job Responsibilities:

• The management trainee will follow an intensive but varied training program at different departments and sites. This program is characterized by operational training and hands-on assignments in various fields of logistic activities (i.e. packaging, warehousing, logistic, administration, systems solutions). After this introductory period, the management trainee will be assigned a managerial position. Work location and hours may vary due to operational need. The management trainee may be assigned other responsibilities by superiors.
• The management trainee will report directly to an expat manager.

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• Age not over 27 years old
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in any related filed, preferably Engineering or Logistics.
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Having positive attitude and always sees challenges rather than problems
• Hands on and be able to work under pressure
• Good in problem solving and conflict resolution
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill with proactive approach
• Good leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to relocate to Eastern Seaboard area.
• Good command of written and spoken Thai and English
