Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Provide consultation to user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures.
  • Identify and Escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Resolve technical problems with on our networks, add on service.
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and operational aspects of the project to ensure deliverable timelines are met.
  •  Be familiar and work closely with ICT team to ensure smooth After-Sales Support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of prior IT experience, Add on service, Network, Cloud Platform, Firewall
  • Prior experience working for a service provider is a plus.
  • VM ware, office 365, Amazon, Google. ICT Solution.
  • Relationship and work with others as well.
  • Good interpersonal skill and service minded
  • Good problem solving and communication skill.
  • Passion, Positive and Creative to continue development the personal skills
  • Self-motivated, active and hard-working
  • Fair Command of English 
  • Customer service mind
  • Network, Virtual, Firewall, New technology in the further.
  • Patience and good team player.
  • Able to work on Shift.
