Maintenance Engineer - 2 Position

Job description and responsibilities:

• Create plan preventive maintenance yearly program and monthly program.
• Maintain program preventive maintenance machine by monthly.
• Manage subordinate for preventive maintenance program and predictive program .
• Create summary report about progressive preventive maintenance by monthly.
• Assignment item preventive maintenance machine to maintenance team.
• Create plan predictive maintenance yearly program
• Compliance with company ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 requirements to follow company procedure, working instruction and other registered documents in management systems.
• Identify status and location of machines and equipment.
• Update & Create current and new Machines ODS or WI.
• Spare Parts control up to date.
• Support safety/ HRactivities to prevent accident.

Qualifications:

• Male, age 30 years old up.
• Bachelor’s Degree in major file electrical engineer or equivalent work experiences in related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in direct maintenance file.
• Have experience about TPM system.
• Have experience electrical or machanical maintenance machine.
• Have experience aboutISO/TS16949.

Skills and competencies:

• Drawing tools.
• Good knowledge of TS16949.
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, highly leadership skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills and planning/organizing.
