Maintenance Analytic and Reporting Manager

Key Responsibility

  • Delivery Machine and Equipment maintenance Report, Gap analysis to focus on quality, cost and safety point of view  for all format
  • Collaboration FM operation team , Engineering Planning for report and what good look like need.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Vendor for weekly/monthly report.
  • Provide report, analyze and share gap as following to:
    • Spending History Report for show spending detail by asset type by category.
    • High-Low Spending Store list to report to FMM for understand spending situation.
    • Equipment Aging Replacement List to combine list into replacement plan.
    • Spare Part Spending Report and communicate with planning manager and vendor for monthly report.
    • Supplier KPI Dashboard for 10 main system e.g. Escalator, refrigeration, Chiller, MHE, Lift.
    • Contractor Performance monthly report and top 10 store breakdown to communicate with FMM.
    • Finger and Human right weekly report for control maid availability and compliance.
    • Cleaning Performance Report by collect and combine information form customer view point and store KPI.
    • Duplicate WO monthly report for control and limit duplication between Plan & Unplan work.

 Skill & Experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, or related fields.  
  • At least 5 years’ experience in shopping mall
  • Be good in Excel  and Analytical skill
  • Know equipment name and understand Tesco business.
