Client business: Our client is the well-known about Water Process Treatment Industry. "Technical Service" in market (Water, Technology, Reliability).

Position title: Logistics Support / Salary: Salary 20,000 THB 
Working day: 5 Days l Phra Khanong, Bangkok 
Employment type: Contractor

Scope of Works:

• Convert shipping documents from SAP and combines with invoices, purchase orders (60%)
• Upload Proof of Deliveries in the system (10%)
• Check transportation billings with 3PL quotations and confirm the correctness before moving to finance (15%)
• To be backup person for delivery transaction in SAP (10%)
• Prepare import documentation as assignment. (5%)

Additional experience in Sourcing and writing fulfillment reports is preferred

• Efficient with SAP etc. ERP system
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Skills Requirement : Good proficiency in Microsoft excel; pivot table (a must)
• Having a few year experiences in preparing documentation for import and export
• Creative thinking and having a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong interpersonal skill

Qualifications / Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree in logistic ,supply chain or related fields
• Welcome both male and female/ Age 23 -30 years
• At least 1 years of experience in a buyer role/logistic roles 
• Good at English writing and speaking
• Chemical education background or working experience
• Import and Export working experience (If any)
