LOGISTICS MANAGER What's the Role? Hilti Thailand is looking for a Logistics Manager who will be our future Executive management leader with primary focus on Warehouse and Transport daily operations management. What does the role involve? This is a logistics distribution developmental position with the goal to acquire full understanding of logistics distribution operations management.

You will be responsible for;

-  Ensuring accuracy of inventory by developing and maintaining company SAP system.

-  Developing and designing operations procedures to improve transportation and distribution efficiency by coordinating with the concerned departments, especially regarding the inventory level and delivery schedule.

-  Monitoring and controlling inbound/outbound stock and cycle counting for raw materials and finished products.

-  Managing warehouse operations to ensure that all warehouse services meet the company's standards of the highest quality.

-  Handling logistic operation and coordinated with the third party.

-  Defining safe working environment policies and regulations.

-  Monitoring import & export transactions

You will be part of the Logistics team in Thailand, reporting to the Head of Logistics & CS.
What you need is:

• Any degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills to drive continuous improvement and make decisions.
• High level of motivation, self-starter and with customer-focused mentality.
• Drive to achieve results and resilience to cope with pressure and setbacks
• Positive attitude, excellent team player and eager to learn and develop
• Detail oriented, well organized, ability to prioritize and comfortable working with strict deadlines.
• Fluency in Thai and English (both written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work in operational and office environment.
• Experience in Logistics, third party warehouse or transport is preferred
• MS Excels required, SAP knowledge preferred
• Lean Management experience preferred.
