Job roles and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Merchant on Platfrom, Ordering and Fulfillment team to follow up the inbound and outbound shipment.
• Verify transportation charge, warehouse fee, etc., prior to approval by supervisor and manager.
• Proficient in our operating platform for daily operation and problem solving basis.
• Support internal and external departments for the information requested by logistcs, IT, financial and account etc.
• Solve the operatinal challenges to maintain the required KPI standard.
• Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations / activities concerning the company rules & regulations and other compliance standards.

• Male/Female ; Age 25 years up
• Direct experience in Logistics, Fulfillment and eCommerce industry
• Understand of Warehouse & Domestic Distribution
• Good in communication and team work
• Work details focus and problem analytic skills
• Good in computer and operation software in logistics
