Due to their continuingly growing organization, our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Controller to join their global organization. 

LOGISTICS CONTROL/ ANALYST MANAGER – RETAIL

BANGNA – RETAILER                                         
UP TO 100K/MONTH

The Logistics Controller will be reporting to the expatriate CFO and will be working with the logistics operation team, finance teams and other support departments in providing excellent logistics services. This sought-after position will be developing and establishing inventory process flows, as well as ensuring process are effective, efficient, and secure, and will also be responsible for the following main responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining written SOP (Standard Operational Processes) documents
• Verify all inventory adjustment intra locations in DC
• Setting up properly procedures for cycle counts and year end counts
• Identifying a set of improvement initiatives for optimizing product transportation
• Conducting review of current vendors together with the Logistics team, and setting new goals of costing and processes for improvements of the SLAs related to deliveries
• Setting up annual budgets for the running of distribution centre with department heads and logistics operation team
• Reviewing monthly KPI reports from 3PLs, as well as designing and presenting monthly KPI reports to management

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related (SAP Inventory modules is preferred)
• Possess a strong interpersonal skills
• Possess an excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Good command in both spoken and written Thai and English
