High degree of initiative, teamwork and communication to:

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing areas, including production performance optimization, cost improvement and quality improvement
• Analyze process and suggest capacity improvement projects and take projects from feasibility and concept development through testing, implementation, operational start up and training. 
• Optimize manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment,
• Identify process and quality improvements to resolve manufacturing problems
• Coach project team and team leader on project management
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly results to identify gaps and improvement areas to meet target which defined in OGSM
• Look for opportunity to continuous improvement

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education:  Bachelor or Master Degree in a related engineering field

Knowledge and Skills   

• Analytical skill , logical thinking
• Can do attitude
