LH Control Manager

Position Summary:

         This position is to help define and steer the line haul strategy for Kerry line haul operations to maximize delivery efficiency, lower costs and ensure best practices. He/She will work with the line haul operation team and be responsible for project management, lead-time and financial control related to transportation management.  

Responsibilities:

• Understanding well of Express/Line Haul operation.
• Optimize Line Haul network through good logical and creative thinking.
• Improve the Line Haul delivery lead-time.
• Decrease the truck accident rate of Line Haul.
• Data analysis and through data to provide and prove corresponding innovative solutions and lead the project to implement it.
• Excellent capability in project management. 
• Train and lead the Line Haul controller team.

Qualification:

• Master degree in logistics, Supply Chain and/or Engineering subject.
• At least 8 years Transportation or Supply Chain experience, preferable in a similar role , within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Basic/working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred.
• Experience in strategy and complex network management.
• Good English language skills. Proactive. Able to work under deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
