Job Descriptions
- Draft and review agreements and legal documents
- Legal advice to internal clients
- Visa, work permit, and immigration laws
- Corporate registration with MOC, Revenue Department, mortgage registration at land department
- Responses to Government authorities' request for client information
- Legal research and legal documents translation
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal cost billing and record
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal
Qualifications
- Thai national
- Bachelor or Master in Laws (LLB or LLM)
- Possess valid lawyer license to practice in Thailand (Notarial License and Barrister at law is a plus)
- Excellent dual command of Thai / English (writing, speaking, and reading)
- 2-5 years legal practice experiences in fields related to the job description (preferable from a law firm or a financial business sector)
